About US

We are a residential condominium located in Arlington, Virginia.  Constructed in 1995, our condominium consists of 155 units, of which 12 are townhomes. We are walking distance from the East Falls Church metro station, the Washington & Old Dominion Bike Trail and many shops and restaurants. We are located right off of I-66, using exits 69 west bound or 68 east bound.
