The Board of Directors meets on the second Wednesday of every month at 7:00 pm ET remotely using Zoom. Owners and residents are welcome to participate and may contact KPA or refer to posted notices for login information.
Owners and residents are encouraged to attend. Meeting dates are subject to change, so please check your email, posted meeting notices, or call the KPA management office for confirmation.
Please note that the Budget meeting for the following year is held in October. The Annual Meeting, to include elections, is held in November.
To obtain condominium documents, financials, meeting agendas or minutes, or other related information, please contact KPA Management or go to the website https://kpa.cincwebaxis.com/
Payments may be made using payment coupons or via the Association's banking site Smartstreet, using e-Check or a credit card. Direct Deposit is also available via our management company. Please contact KPA Management for more information or print and complete the direct deposit form to join the program. Fax the completed form to KPA at 703.532.5098 or email it to fallsstation@kpamgmt.com.
A web-based account management site is available at KPAlink. Through this site, you can submit work orders, check your account balance and history, email the property manager, view condominium documents and policies, receive broadcast messages from management, view Board meeting minutes and access other important condominium-related information. You must be a current owner or tenant to register for the site and may do so by contacting KPA Management.
